Elastoline in-mould coatings and linings are 1:1, fast-set, spray applied two-component polyureas, polyurethanes and hybrids. Specifically formulated for making complex moulded items, our linings will pick up the smallest details as well as having rapid de-mould times, ensuring you can produce high quality, high volume moulded items time after time. With formulations for making rock, stone bricks, wood, tree bark, armour, weapons and film props, our range os second to none. Once demoulded, the itmes can be cut, sanded, drilled, glued and painted to look like the original item. Our range includes class 1 fire retarded products to BS476 part 7.
Elastoline 7420 is 1:1, fast setting; spray applied two component polyurethane coating. It is 100% solids and contains no VOCs. It has been developed for producing structural parts from open moulds. Parts made with Elastoline 7420 have very high hardness and rigidity whilst maintaining flexibility. Typically used for making TV & film props such as armour and weapons. TENSILE STRENGTH

Elastoline 7446FR is 1:1, fast setting; spray applied two component hybrid coating. It is 100% solids and contains no VOCs. Fire rated to class 1, BS476 part 7. Typically used as an in-mould lining for making rock, stone and brick work. Elastoline 7446FR can also be used as a hard coat for foam, EPS polystyrene and expanding PU foam. To increase structural strength, Elastoline 7446FR can be backed with expanding foam or combined with chopped glass into the spray pattern. TENSILE STRENGTH

Elastoline 7850FR is 1:1, fast setting; spray applied two component polyurethane coating. It is 100% solids and contains no VOCs. It has been developed to be used as a spray applied in mould coating to form a tough, flexible film. Typically used to make moulded items such tree bark, leather and animal skins.
